Gaining weight during pregnancy is inevitable and something that should definitely be anticipated. The following how-to instructions for making beef stroganoff can help to deliver perfection to your cooking.
1. Cook your rue; your rue forms the base for your sauce. Cook butter (2 tbsp.) and flour (1 ½ tbsp.) in medium heat in a saucepan ensuring that blending is uniform using a wooden spoon. Cook until it forms a creamy paste, your rue.
2. Bring your rue to boil. After boiling, add 1/2 cup beef stock 1 beef bouillon cube and bring this new blend to boil again.
3. To above new blend, add sour cream (2 tbsp.) into the saucepan and blend the ingredients uniformly to form a soft paste.
4. To the new blend obtained above, pour heavy cream (1/4 pt.) and mix the ingredients lightly.
5. Add Dijon mustard (1 ½ tbsp.) into the mix and stir it until u get a uniform mixture. Bring to boiling after mixing. Continue stirring the mixture until the mixture is completely smooth.
6. You can add salt and pepper depending of your desired taste. The sauce obtained can be served with over egg noodles or rice.

I generally use cold water to rinse them. I have found that some models of quinoa are sold pre-washed among others not so. If you buy yours in bulk it will definitely need rinsing before you cook your quinoa. In the United Kingdom I know that most types have been prepared a long time before packing. The only ones I've found that need a good washing are from Morrisons.

Whatever brand you 
purchase it is just a small job to rinse the grains under a tap for a short period to get rid of the unpleasant taste. Of course if you eat as much quinoa as I tend to then you may start to like the bitter taste. Any bitter residue left will be cooked aside when you boil the actual quinoa.

How to make Shepherd’s Pie

Shepherd's Pie Ingredients;
1. 800gms of peeled and cubed potatoes
2. 2 tablespoons of softened cream cheese or sour cream
3. ½ cup cream or vegetable or chicken broth
4. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
5. 1 large egg yolk
6. ¾ pounds ground lamb or ground beef
7. Freshly ground black pepper and salt
8. 1 peeled and chopped carrot
9. 1 chopped onion
10. 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
11. 2 tablespoons of butter
12. 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
13. 1 cup broth or beef stock
14. ½ cup frozen peas
15. 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
16. 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley leaves

Directions for making Shepherd's pie;

First boil the potatoes in water adding salt for around 12 minutes. Then drain it and pour into a bowl. Mix egg yolk, sour cream and cream. Add this mixture onto the potatoes and mash them until potatoes are smooth.

When the potatoes boil, preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Add oil to it with lamb or beef. Then add pepper and salt. Let it be brown and then crumble the meat for 3 to 4 minutes. If it is lamb and it is fatty, move some dripping from the pan. Add carrot and onion to it. Cook the vegetables for about 5 minutes while stirring on frequently.

In another pan over medium heat, you cook flour and butter together for 2 minutes. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and broth. Wait till the gravy thickens for about 1 minute. Then add gravy to vegetables and meat. Then, stir in peas.

You should then preheat broiler to high heat. Then fill a rectangular shaped casserole with vegetable and meat mixture. Then place the potatoes over the meat evenly. Then top potatoes along with paprika and then roast 6 to 8 inches from heat till the potatoes are browned.
