The following how-to instructions for making beef stroganoff can help to deliver perfection to your cooking.
1. Cook your rue; your rue forms the base for your sauce. Cook butter (2 tbsp.) and flour (1 ½ tbsp.) in medium heat in a saucepan ensuring that blending is uniform using a wooden spoon. Cook until it forms a creamy paste, your rue.
2. Bring your rue to boil. After boiling, add 1/2 cup beef stock 1 beef bouillon cube and bring this new blend to boil again.
3. To above new blend, add sour cream (2 tbsp.) into the saucepan and blend the ingredients uniformly to form a soft paste.
4. To the new blend obtained above, pour heavy cream (1/4 pt.) and mix the ingredients lightly.
5. Add Dijon mustard (1 ½ tbsp.) into the mix and stir it until u get a uniform mixture. Bring to boiling after mixing. Continue stirring the mixture until the mixture is completely smooth.
6. You can add salt and pepper depending of your desired taste. The sauce obtained can be served with over egg noodles or rice.
